Bookings

A session is confirmed once a written quote is accepted and any agreed deposit is received. Studio time is reserved in blocks agreed in advance.

Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time may be charged in full. Rescheduling is offered subject to availability.

Masters and folds are released once the final invoice is settled. Project files are archived for twelve months unless otherwise agreed.

Clients retain ownership of their content. Digitrack Studios may reference completed work in its portfolio unless an embargo is agreed in writing.
